Shipping policy
Delivery Time: Our commitment is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
Shipping Rates: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders above 1500 kr.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. For exchanges, such as a different size or color, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate this process.
Exchange Process (Change of Size is always free):
- Step 1: Place a new order in our online store for the desired size.
- Step 2: Return the original item using the process outlined below.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email us at support@pearfection.no with your order number and the items to return. We will provide a return code and instructions. Our return address is Fuglerudsvingen 14, 3410, Sylling. Please remember, items must be returned through our designated shipping partner to ensure proper processing.
Return Fees (Size Exchanges are free):
- Returning cost 99NOK
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, with tags intact, and free from signs of wear such as perfume or deodorant.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products not in original condition
- Products without tags
- Products showing signs of wear or damage
Refunds:
We'll notify you upon receiving your return, and following inspection, inform you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware of potential processing delays by your bank.
